These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by JMC Cleaning Company. By booking with us, you agree to them.
Our Services
JMC Cleaning Company provides home cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, after build cleaning, carpet & upholstery cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning and one-off cleaning across London and the United Kingdom.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are free and based on the information you provide. If the property or scope differs significantly on arrival, we will discuss and confirm any change with you before starting work.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, time and service with you. Please ensure we have safe access to the property at the agreed time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, or where we cannot access the property, may be charged.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Regular contract clients may be invoiced on agreed terms.
Our Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with any part of the clean, tell us within 24 hours and we will return and put it right at no extra cost.
Insurance & Liability
We are fully insured. We take great care in your property, but we cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, wear, or items that are fragile and not disclosed to us in advance.
Your Property
Please secure valuables and let us know about any delicate surfaces, alarm codes, pets or access restrictions before your appointment.
